Phase II patients are seen on an outpatient basis. The goal of this phase is to familiarize you and your family about risk factor modification techniques while improving cardiovascular functioning, endurance and self-esteem. Typically, you attend one-hour sessions, three times per week for up to 12 weeks. Even though you need our services now, we want to make sure that you learn how to appropriately care for yourself. By knowing how to care for yourself, you can reduce your risk factors and become a healthier individual.
